Live LES MILLS THRIVE workouts are now rolling out in fitness clubs around the globe. LES MILLS THRIVE workouts can also be enjoyed via the LES MILLS+ app.

Whether you are just starting out, returning to exercise, or you want to transition from your current workout program, LES MILLS THRIVE is for you. Each workout is designed to suit a range of strength and fitness levels – from those needing balance support, to those who prefer body weight exercises or who are ready to add resistance. The supportive Instructors will guide you to choose options that work for you and will move at a pace that makes you happy.

No equipment is required, but you can use two light or medium weight plates or a resistance band, if you choose.

LES MILLS THRIVE is the type of workout you can enjoy as frequently as you wish. We recommend two to three times a week.

LES MILLS THRIVE has been scientifically designed to improve core stability, balance and strength. It’s a great well-rounded workout that will help you stay fit for life.

For the optimal training mix, you might like to include some mobility or flexibility sessions (like BODYBALANCE™), and low-impact cardio such as walking or indoor cycling

All you really need is comfortable workout clothes and sports shoes. The workouts make use of weight plates and resistance bands as well as a mat and a chair. Using this equipment is optional, as you can do most of the movements with nothing but your body weight.
