Congrats on taking steps to become a Les Mills Instructor. Before you sign up for Initial Training, you’ll first need to secure Endorsement from a club.

All great Instructors need a starting point; a place where they can learn and develop by putting their skills into practise; this is where Endorsement comes into play. Endorsement from a club is NOT an offer of employment. Instead, it is confirmation that you will be provided with opportunities to shadow and team-teach with an experienced Instructor at that club, once you’ve successfully completed Days 1 and 2 of your training.
