Quarterly Workshops are exciting upskill events where Les Mills Instructors come together to experience and receive the latest education on the new Les Mills Releases. These workshops provide unique opportunities to meet, mingle, and network with like-minded Instructors, catch up on the latest education, and ask questions of the Les Mills Asia Pacific
Part of the Les Mills creed is to stay at the forefront of fitness innovation and help Instructors and clubs achieve greatness. One of the main ways we do this is by releasing new workouts every three months, backed by science and set to the latest music. By attending the Quarterly Workshops, you'll gain an up-close, first-hand understanding of these new workouts as they’re released and build confidence in teaching so you can motivate and inspire your members. Designed to keep your classes safe, effective, and challenging, these new workouts will also engage your members, encouraging them to return and progress on their fitness journey. This ensures you’re consistently at your best and always teaching dynamic, up-to-date classes that inspire your members’ continued success.
Quarterly Workshops are designed for certified Les Mills Instructors. However, if you're a Trainee currently on your pathway to Day 3 certification, you're also welcome to attend the upcoming Quarterly Workshops. Every Quarter, Digital Release Kits are produced to help Les Mills Instructors learn the new Releases. These Kits contain the Masterclass videos, choreography notes and digital music files. To receive a discount on your Release Kit(s), simply activate your Release Kit Subscription in the Releases Store. Not only will you save $$$ on your Kit price, but if you're attending the upcoming Quarterly Workshops with Les Mills Asia Pacific you will be granted early access to your release kits upon check-in to the event.

The Online eWorkshops will not be available this quarter but will return in Quarter 2.
Due to onsite capacity restrictions, some Masterclasses at In-Person Workshops are only available to Instructors trained in the specific programs. However, if there are vacancies on the day, you may attend a Masterclass for a program you're not trained to teach. These places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Places at In-Person Workshops are limited and tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend you book quickly to avoid disappointment.
