Coffee and a banana coated in nut butter.

Ooooh, tough! My favourite tune right now is 'Wings' by Armand Van Helden but that will change next week! Haha!

What are you currently watching?

Yellowstone, 1923, and Jack Ryan.

Last book you read?

The Outsider by Stephen King.

Last workout you did?

LES MILLS SHAPES (a strength based workout inspired by Pilates, Barre and Power Yoga, which is currently only available at Les Mills clubs in New Zealand).

Last person you texted (what did it say?)

My dog walker! Organising to take my fluff ball for a walk the following day.

What can’t you live without?

Music.

Staying in or going out?

Staying in.

If you weren’t a Program Director, what would you do?

I studied theatre at university so I'd for sure be trying to break into the acting scene.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Champagne and pasta.

What or who is your biggest inspiration?

Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Best advice you ever got?

“That's just one person’s opinion; the next one will be different”. From my mum.

If you could have coffee with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why?

Denzel Washington – I feel he'd have great chat and he's my favourite actor.

What quote do you live by?

"Everything happens for a reason", or my favourite MJ quote: "You must expect great things of yourself before you can do them."

What brings you the greatest joy?

My early morning coffee and workout.
