Lisa Osbourne is a three-time former world aerobics champion and five-times Australian aerobics champion. Her Les Mills® career began as one of Les Mills Asia Pacific's original Trainer / Presenters where her talent, experience and infective charisma was identified by Les Mills International. Lisa also plays a key role in the development of BODYSTEP® and GRIT® Cardio as Creative Director.
