SMART TECH RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

Once the product has left our warehouse, your order can no longer be cancelled, and this Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.

Our Returns Policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

Before returning an item, please email ask@lesmills.com.au to confirm the eligibility of your item for a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  1. be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  2. be in its original packaging and, where applicable, include all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories; and
  3. include proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc).

Les Mills Asia Pacific reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above requirements or if the item shows signs of use, damage or alteration.

Items cannot be returned after 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, if your item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please visit www.lesmills.com.au/smart-tech/.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you via email within a reasonable period, regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Returns will be refunded for the product’s purchase price only.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If your return does not meet the requirements, we will notify you via email and return the item to you at your expense. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

It can take some time for your refund to appear in your account. If you haven’t yet received your refund:

  1. check your bank account again;
  2. then, contact your bank / credit card company.

WARRANTY

For items covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the warranty information.

SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
