5 reasons you should try a virtual class

  1. You find yourself really keen to do a BODYPUMP class at 9pm on a Friday night but your gym assumes you have a social life and doesn’t run classes that late.
  2. You want to try a BODYCOMBAT class for the first time, but the Karate Kid inside you  wants some practise before showing actual humans your moves.
