2021 - A YEAR CLUBS IN THE PHILIPPINES WILL NEVER FORGET

With many of our other Asia Pacific regions also impacted by sporadic or relentless COVID-19 closures – although none as prolonged as those you’ve endured – our goal always remained to support and empower our  Club Partners  and Instructors as much as possible. We developed and released a host of new initiatives and programs for you, that can also help our industry recover and create a strong 2022. These include:

  • The Ultimate Group Fitness Solution:  Comprising live, live-streamed and digital offerings that you can pick and choose from, The Ultimate Group Fitness Solution enables you to  deliver  the new omni-channel fitness  options that your members want.  
  • LES MILLS Content  and  Recorded Live-Stream:  This cost-effective digital solution enables  you to host 100+  Les Mills workout videos on your own app or website, and create a video library of workouts featuring your members’ favourite Instructors. 
  • 2021 Global Fitness Report:  We spoke to 12,157 consumers across the globe to map their fitness habits, and this report details  the  findings such as:  the ideal exercise mix for today's consumer;  the human factor shaping member experience; and the perfect blend of live and digital workouts in the age of omni-channel fitness.  
  • Online Group Fitness Management Course:  From this online, interactive course,  you and your team will learn the proven tactics that have helped facilities from all sectors and of all sizes become some of the most profitable around the world. You’ll explore the 8 Key Plays of Group Fitness Management, such as how to set targets that meet your club’s goals, how to create a timetable that drives maximum attendance, and how to recruit and motivate world-class Instructors. 
  • LES MILLS On Demand rebranded to  LES MILLS+:  LES MILLS+ offers new features and functionality to engage and  drive more people to your club.  As a LES MILLS+ Affiliate, you can engage your members with at-home workouts while earning revenue-share in the process.
  • Marketing Studio: Formerly called ‘Brand Central’, Marketing Studio was officially launched. This online portal hosts all the marketing and promotional resources you need to promote and advertise your Les Mills programs to your members and wider community. For example, you can access ready-made marketing assets and campaigns such as Friend Get Friend, STRONGER, UNITED, New Generation Yoga, SMART START, and more.
  • More Instructor Training opportunities: To further support Instructors to deliver the best experience to your members, we’ve evolved our Instructor Training options to include:  Online Initial Module Training and eWorkshops. In Australia, we also delivered Online Day 3 for Trainees repeatedly impacted by COVID restrictions, and Club Instructor Team Training for remote/regional clubs.
  • Financing solutions through external, third-party provider Finance@work:  Australian-based Club Partners can explore affordable financial solutions for a new audio visual (AV) installation and SMART TECH equipment packages, for use with LES MILLS® Virtual.
