Andrew Taylor - National Account Manager (and Regional Account Manager) ACT, Tasmania and South Australia
Andrew's fitness career started 15 years ago as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer where he successfully ran a personal training franchise company along with a corporate wellness company which took a holistic approach to clients health and well being. Andrew is currently a LES MILLS Asia Pacific Trainer and Presenter in CXWORX® and BODYPUMP® and is now also Head Program Coach for LES MILLS GRIT™.
Prior to this Andrew also spent a number of years living and working in South East Asia and Hong Kong and has worked in a variety of management positions both abroad and locally including Regional and National Group Fitness Manager and Club General Manager. "Working as a General Manager in a competitive market such as Hong Kong taught me a number of lessons in my approach to membership sales strategies and also managing staff and operational costs to be able to perform at a high level of success". Now in the position of National Account Manager, Andrew is happy to share these insights and explore new strategies with licensee's to enable their success.
Andrew's best business advice: Often as Club Owners and Managers we try to run a number of initiatives at once with mixed success. Instead plan your strategies over the coming 12-months, inform your staff, get buy in and execute them as a team; alone it is a tough mountain to climb, if all departments and clubs are working together on the one common goal, the results always follow.
Tony Zonato - Account Manager New South Wales and Northern Territory
Coming from a corporate background in client relationship management Tony's lifestyle resulted in his gradual weight-gain tipping 150kg at his heaviest; something had to change. Tony joined a gym and got himself a Personal Trainer (Andrew Taylor) - and after seeing results started his own journey in the fitness industry by becoming a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. As his passion for fitness grew and grew Tony ended up managing the group fitness of a lower north shore gym in Sydney until he joined LES MILLS Asia Pacific as the Regional Accounts Manager for NSW and NT. His background and passion in the industry as well as his skills as a Client Relationship Manager allow him to work with licensees to ensure that their businesses succeed in "getting more people through the door more often".
