| Which Release Do I Film? | |
| 1. | You need to film a complete class on the current release OR the release immediately prior. Submissions received in a mixed class format will not be assessed. |
| 2. | Attach DVD/CD proof of purchase for the release you have filmed (invoice must be in your name) this can be obtained from Customer Service if required (02 6282 8192). Certifications will not be assessed without a copy proof of purchase attached. |
| 3. | Ensure that the class is filmed on a 45 degree angle, ensure full, clear visibility and that sound is audible. If the submission is deemed "un assessable" for any reason you will be informed of the need to re-film a class via email or phone |
| 4. | Acceptable formats for Certification include - VHS tape, DVD, small mini disc and USB. |
| Before You Send Certification | |
| 5. | Make a duplicate as the submission will not be returned. |
| 6. | Videos/discs need to be clearly labeled with your full name as well as Les Mills Customer ID. You will also need to include your Certification cover sheet. |
| Posting the Certification | |
| 7. | Certifications should be sent via Express or Registered Post. Packages need to be securely packaged to prevent damage. Please post to: Les Mills Asia Pacific Attn: Certifications Department PO BOX 3998 MANUKA ACT 2603 |
| Turn Around Time of Assessment | |
| 8. | The Assessment process takes 4-6 weeks. Certifications cannot be fast tracked. |
| 9. | All submissions are assessed within chronological order in which they are received. |
| 10. | Certification Results are PASS or RESUBMIT. A fee applies to all resubmit Certifications. |
